From M27 – J8 take B3397 towards Hamble
After ½, mile turn right into Portsmouth Road (signposted Woolston)
After ½ mile, turn left into Grange Road (signposted Netley Abbey)
Continue over crossroads and after railway bridge, number 40 is 500 yds on the left (green fence).
Easy roadside parking and disabled access.
